I was a little worried it would look fake, but the color blending around the edges is surprisingly convincing. Stuck it on with the included adhesive and it stayed put through a whole night of parties.

The latex is thin enough that it flexes naturally on my wrist, and the open wound detail has a shade of deep red that looks genuinely nasty. I just smeared a little stage makeup around the edges and it blended right in for a night of scaring people at the party.

I dabbed a bit of fake blood around the edges of the latex appliance and it blended in perfectly, making the wound look disturbingly real. The latex is thin enough to sit flat against my skin without bulging. My friends actually flinched when they saw it at the party.
